Many dive photographers own high-quality video lights or strobes equipped with traditional Y-S (Yoke Mount) connectors. The SeaLife SL994 Y-S Adapter bridges the gap between traditional lighting hardware and SeaLife's modern tool-free Flex-Connect system. Simply mount your Y-S light head to the adapter using the included tightening bolt, and click the base directly into any Flex-Connect arm, grip, or tray.

Precise Directional Light Aiming

Achieving proper lighting angles is critical for revealing true underwater colors and preventing harsh shadows. The SL994 provides smooth horizontal rotation at its Flex-Connect base combined with vertical tilt adjustment at the Y-S joint. This dual-axis motion allows you to angle wide video beams high above the housing or direct focused light into deep reef overhangs.

Tool-Free In-Water Flexibility
